Ying Tang, President

Ying loves sharing the joy of making music with her children and advocating music education for all children.  Currently a social science research associate at the University of Texas at Austin, Ying conducts research and evaluation on public policies and programs related to employment, health and human services and education.  In those capacities she has worked with several non-profit organizations in the Austin area, and has provided training to foreign governments and NGOs on public governance.
